- 2 oz. Rebel Yell
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 4 mint sprigs
- ½ tsp. water

Mix sugar and water in a mixing glass. Rub mint on rim of a glass or julep cup. Fill glass with shaved ice. Pour sugar water over ice, add bourbon and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
